creative photography, stylised and unique
I have been taking photographs for over 40 years ago and consider myself an enthusiastic amateur. Whilst my main photographic passions are street photography and landscapes, I like to explore different viewpoints in everyday situations and creating images that challenge the normal perception of photography. In recent times I've been experimenting with photo editing applications to create unique interpretations of my images. I also love monochrome which I feel provides another perspective to explore.
How I create my unique images. From my digital photograph, in post production I stylise the picture using various adjustments to exposure, contrast, dehaze and saturation, highlights and shadows, white and black points may also be adjusted. I don't use any presets as I make the adjustments I feel produces the result I've imagined for that particular photograph; therefore each image whilst following a certain style is individual and therefore unique.
